Not thrilled with your purchase? No worries! You’ve got a 2-week return window for unworn items.

To qualify for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition as when you got it — unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt as proof of purchase!

Just shoot us an email at info@hoop-kidswear.com, including your name, order number, product details, and the reason for your return or exchange.

📧 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will process your request asap and send you a link where you can download a returnlabel.

Make sure to send your return within two weeks. Don’t forget to include a copy of your original order and keep the hangtags attached.

Return shipping costs are on you, unless the item is faulty. 

If we find the returned product damaged, dirty, or clearly worn, we won’t be able to accept it. But if everything checks out, you’ll get a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days. 💸

Damages and issues
Check your order as soon as it arrives! If something’s wrong — whether it’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered — reach out to us right away so we can sort it out and make things right! 💫

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sorry, but we can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 🙁🎁

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
